Breakfast: On request, we provide a generous breakfast basket filled with local farm produce and other treats: coffee, milk, hot chocolate, tea, various types of bread, butter, honey, bacon, cheese, yogurt, muesli and our own farm produce including apple juice, fruit syrup, homemade cake, fruit spreads, eggs and fresh and dried fruit.
Shuttle service: If you are travelling by train or bus, we are happy to pick you up from the nearest station on arrival and drive you there on departure.
Cleaning: Rates include final cleaning and the provision of bed linen, as well as all applicable taxes and charges except the local tourist tax.
Amenities: All the apartments’ kitchens are equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge. Additionally, there is a washing machine in the laundry room.

Südtirol Guest Pass: When you check in, you will receive a complimentary Südtirol Guest Pass for the area of Klausen, Barbian, Feldthurns and Villanders. The pass grants you free travel on all public transport across South Tyrol, as well as free admission to over 80 museums and several other benefits, including free admission to the public pools in our area and the free use of hiking buses in summer and ski buses in winter.
The local tourist tax is €2.40 per person per day and applies to all guests aged 14 years and over.
