Action and relaxation

Your home from home,
   in every season

Kloasnerhof is open all year, so you have the perfect springboard for exploring the Eisacktal Valley in every season. In spring, the blossoming apple orchards are a real spectacle. In the summertime, a wide range of walking paths, mountain bike trails and valley cycle paths (with direct access from our farm) offer plenty of outdoor opportunities, and you can head to the local pools for a refreshing dip. In autumn, the Chestnut Trail is perfect for immersing yourself in the golden landscape, before heading to a tavern and discovering the delights of Törggelen – South Tyrol’s most beloved autumn tradition. In winter, outdoor fans can look forward to a variety of winter walks, toboggan runs, snowshoeing hikes and ski tours.

At Kloasnerhof, families can share child-friendly experiences such as guided farm tours and tractor rides. And while children play away in our playground, parents can chill out on the deckchairs and enjoy some well-deserved rest.

Welcome to Kloasnerhof – your home from home in South Tyrol, all year round.

Our top tips

Apple tastings

Hi, I’m Claudia! After completing my training as an apple sommelier in the autumn of 2025, I now hold apple tastings during the harvest season for our resident guests at Kloasnerhof. Join me for an introduction to the apple varieties we grow on the farm, guided sensory exercises (smelling, tasting and feeling differences in sweetness, acidity, pulp and skin texture), an overview of typical flavour notes and useful storage tips. I’ll also suggest the best pairings with regional produce such as cheese and honey.

Discover Törggelen

A fun and delicious autumn tradition

The first golden leaves mark the beginning of the Törggelen season – a beloved Eisacktal tradition that blends warm hospitality and seasonal flavours. For Törggelen, people meet up in cosy taverns and indulge in local specialities such as cured meat, Krapfen, roasted chestnuts and robust homemade wine. Here at Kloasnerhof, this is also the apple harvest season, when we pick our red and golden jewels and turn them into delicious jams and juices. It’s such a joyful experience – one that brings together people from near and far, for a little bit of indulgence and rural hospitality.
